All of our lease terms are 12 months.

Yes! Prior to signing your lease we ask that you complete a Resident Profile where you can list common hobbies, interests, study and sleep habits, etc. This is what we use in our roommate matching process!

Our floor plans include: Studio, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms. All units come fully furnished but you are able to choose to have it unfurnished at no extra cost.

We are actually very close to campus! It is about a 5-7 minute walk. We are located at the corner of South Mesquite Street and East Border Street.

Yes you can! For the convenience of our residents we have 5 study rooms that can be reserved for up to two hours at a time.

We are able to send all leasing documents through Adobe Sign if you aren’t able to come into our leasing office. Email us at leasing@parkplaceatarlington.com to start this process!

A Guarantor acts as a co-signer for your lease agreement.

If you do not have a Guarantor, you have three options. You can either (1) Pay a security deposit that is equal to 2x your monthly installment, (2) Provide proof of income showing that you make at least 3x your monthly rent, OR (3) Pay your lease in full before move-in.

Park Place will have fingerprint scanners that grant our residents access to the building and all amenities!

Your mailbox will be available 24/7. We also have Luxer One Package Lockers where your packages will be stored until you are able to pick them up. The package lockers even have a special refrigerated feature in case you receive flowers or food that is perishable!
